Standard Terms
- A Purchase Order / Service Order number must be established prior to mobilisation.
- The assurance of survey distance cannot be guaranteed because of the unpredictable internal condition of the main.
- In the case of an agreed-upon start date, cancellation fees before the commencement of work will be applied according to the following schedule:3 days: 25% | 2 days: 50% | 1 day: 75%
- If the survey cannot be conducted on the scheduled day due to circumstances beyond the control of ELDE Ltd, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total amount is required.
- Where a session recording is requested, it will be shared within 3–5 working days of the attendee's participation.
